“Lower Primary Wing - The word ELOCUTION means something quite different to us from what it meant to the classical rhetorician”. As a part of the curriculum, Lower Primary Wing held Inter-House English Elocution Competition for classes I and II, on February 1, 2015. It aims at making the children capable of becoming confident and courageous in the competitive world.
There were 8 students participated from class I and class II.. The topic selected for the class I was ‘A GOOD DEED IS NEVER LOST’ and the topic for class II was ‘TO SUCCEED, WE MUST FIRST BELIEVE THAT WE CAN’. The students presented the topic with excellent voice modulation and marvelous speech content.
The winners were appreciated by the judges and supervisor.
We extend our gratitude to our Principal Dr. Shanta Maria James for her support and giving ample stage opportunities for the children.
The fantastic performance of the students has led the whole Programme a great success.
